The health and fitness industry often promotes diets and products designed to keep you in
the dieting cycle, so you keep coming back for more.
I know when you start a diet you feel motivated and determined, but cutting carbs or being on really low calories are NOT long-term solutions.
And you know this because after a few weeks or even days, you feel hungry, your mood is
low, your motivation has disappeared and you end up giving up, which makes you feel
even worse about yourself!
It’s the same with exercise. You go full pelt on the first few weeks, spend loads of money
on a gym membership or home equipment and you burn yourself out quickly!! You can’t
keep the momentum and realise you don’t have the time in your busy life for hours and
hours of exercise.

Just like you, I was fed up with the dieting and health industry and wanted to make a change.
Just like you, I needed something more, something that worked, something that would last!
I get your frustration because I’ve been there too!
I dieted for years. I was trapped, never sticking to anything because it wasn’t giving me
lasting results. I’d try all the new crazes and fads, potions and diet pills. I was hungry and
unhealthy but more importantly, I was so unhappy.
Even when I became a personal trainer, I still had an ongoing battle with my body. I felt I
had to workout 24/7 to get the body I wanted. I had no energy, my mood was low and I
was completely stressed out.
And guess what… I still wasn’t happy.
Only when I started exploring my wellbeing as a whole, as an embodied practice between
my mind, body and soul, that things REALLY started to change.
I figured out a system that is simple, realistic and actually works!!
Now, I’m healthy and fit, I’m free from diets and enjoy the food I love. I’m confident and get
to spend precious time with my family and friends because I’m not afraid to socialise or
busy working out constantly.
And best of all… I’m happy.
I’m happy because I’m the woman I want to be, the woman I’m meant to be.
Now I’m on a mission to banish the bullsh*t in this industry and get women to where they
want to be with their bodies AND their MINDS!
Whatever age you are, it is NEVER too late and it is still possible for you to achieve what you want.
I’ve coached hundreds of women to help them lose weight but way more important than
that… I’ve helped them focus on their health holistically, working in an embodied way to
achieve their fitness goals and make lasting changes to free them of dieting and to
